"The Data Covenant" Effective Date: January 2026

TO THE BUILDERS: At The Dominion Lab (Dominion Design LLC), we treat your data with the same respect we treat your tools. We do not exploit our men. This document explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and the rules of engagement regarding your personal information.

1. THE IRONCLAD RULE (WE DO NOT SELL YOU)

Let us be clear from the start: We do not sell your personal data. We are in the business of building men, not brokering user lists. We will never sell, rent, or trade your email address, phone number, or identity to third-party advertisers or data brokers. You are a Builder, not a product.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT (THE INVENTORY)

To operate the Operator's Console, we collect the following:

Identity Data: Your Legal Name (for billing/admin only) and your Lab Tag (your public display name).
Contact Data: Email and phone number (for the M.M.E.T. Line).
Financial Data: Payment information is processed securely via Stripe/PayPal. We do not store full credit card numbers; we only see the subscription status.
Field Data: The data you enter into the "Field Reports." This is used to build manuals for the brotherhood.
Usage Data: Technical data (IP address, device type) to ensure the Operator's Console functions correctly.

3. FIELD REPORTS & OPEN DISCUSSION (THE PUBLIC DOMAIN)

This is the core of The Dominion Excavation Team.

The Principle: "We Trade Wisdom for Scars."
The Identity Protocol: While your Legal Name remains private (visible only to Admin), your Lab Tag and Field Reports are visible to the Brotherhood.
The Usage: By posting a Field Report or commenting in the Forum, you acknowledge that:
1. Open Source Intel: These posts are visible to other Builders to help them learn.
2. The Supply Depot: If you recommend a tool in your log, we may verify it and list it in the public Supply Depot database.
3. Distribution of Wisdom: Dominion Design LLC reserves the right to use the details, lessons, and insights from your stories to teach the broader Brotherhood (e.g., in future books or podcasts).
4. Anonymity Protocol: If we use your story outside of the gated community (e.g., in a published book), we will strictly use your Lab Tag or anonymize the details completely. We use the lesson, not the legal identity.

4. HOW WE DISTRIBUTE DATA (THE SUPPLY CHAIN)

While we do not sell data, we do distribute it in specific operational capacities:

Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate (e.g., payment processors, email hosting). They are contractually obligated to protect your data.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, a court order, or to protect the safety of our Builders (e.g., suicide prevention or threat of violence).

5. COOKIES & TRACKING (SITE MECHANICS)

We use cookies solely for utility, not surveillance.

We use cookies to keep you logged in to the Operator's Console and to remember your preferences.
We do not use "retargeting pixels" to follow you around the internet with ads. When you leave the Job Site, we leave you alone.

6. SECURITY (PERIMETER DEFENSE)

We employ industry-standard encryption (SSL) and security protocols to protect your account. However, no digital job site is 100% impenetrable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your keys to the gate.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time. (Note: You cannot opt out of critical transactional emails regarding your account or billing).
Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account by contacting support. Note: While we will delete your personal account data, any "Field Reports" or wisdom you shared with the community may remain in the Vault Archives as part of the collective library, anonymized where possible.

8. CHANGES TO THE COVENANT

We are building live. We may update this policy as the platform grows. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the Console.
