"The Site Contract" Effective Date: January 2026

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST. The Dominion Lab (Dominion Design LLC) is an educational platform for personal development and productivity. We are NOT a medical facility, suicide prevention service, or mental health provider. The content, tools, and community discussions provided here are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS (THE HANDSHAKE)

By creating an account, accessing The Operator’s Console, or paying the Site Access Fee, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enter the site. The Dominion Lab operates as a private entity; access is a privilege, not a right.

2. THE "PHASE 1" DISCLAIMER (CONSTRUCTION ZONE)

You acknowledge that The Dominion Lab is in "Phase 1: Active Construction."

Operational Stability: The site is being built live. Tools, features, and dashboards may change, break, or move without notice.
No Warranty: The service is provided "as is." You are paying to participate in the build, not to access a finished product.

3. MEMBERSHIP & FINANCIALS

The Fee: The $3.16/month fee is a Site Access Fee. It is charged automatically every 30 days.
No Refunds: Funds are immediately deployed into Kingdom operations ("The Brothers' Keeper Fund"). We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused time, or "forgotten" subscriptions.
Cancellation: You are the operator. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Console. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT RIGHTS

Our Content: The dashboard design, the "Dominion Design" framework, music playlists, and the text within The Vault are the property of Dominion Design LLC. You may not copy, resell, or distribute them.
Your Content (The License): You retain ownership of your personal stories. However, by submitting a "Field Report" or posting in the Forum, you grant Dominion Design LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt your content for the purpose of teaching the Brotherhood.
- Usage: We may use your insights in future books, courses, or podcasts.
- Anonymity: If we use your content publicly (outside the Lab), we will strictly use your Lab Tag or anonymize the details to protect your identity.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT (THE IRON STANDARD)

Violation of these rules results in immediate termination without refund:

The Noise Ordinance: No politics, news, sports, or pop culture.
Zero Malice: You may challenge ideas, but you may never attack the man. Hate speech or harassment is grounds for an immediate ban.
Data Integrity: Submitting false data to the Pillar Gauge corrupts the system and is prohibited.

6. SINGLE USER LICENSE

Your account is for one operator only. Sharing your login credentials with non-members is a violation of the Covenant. If concurrent logins are detected, your account will be locked and your subscription terminated.

7. TERMINATION (THE SHUTDOWN)

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
