REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
"The Financial Covenant" Effective Date: January 2026
At The Dominion Lab, we operate with a "Wartime Economy" mindset. We are not a passive content library; we are an active construction site. Every dollar of revenue is immediately deployed into the mission—funding the tools, the technology, and the team required to excavate the Modern Man.
Because of the digital nature of our tools and the immediate deployment of our resources, we adhere to the following strict policy:

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eBooks & Blueprints)
Policy: All Sales Are Final. Rationale: Once a digital blueprint (PDF, eBook, or Audio File) has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "returned." The intellectual property has been transferred. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on any one-time digital purchases.

2. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS ($3.16 Protocol)
The Policy: We operate a Strict No-Refund Policy on the monthly Site Access Fee. Rationale: The fee is set intentionally low ($3.16). Processing refunds for this amount costs more in administrative fees than the value of the subscription. Do not subscribe if you are not ready to build.
Cancellation: You may cancel your "Builder" membership at any time.

How to Cancel: Log into the Operator's Console > Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel.

Access: If you cancel, your access to The Console and the Brotherhood will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Afterward, your access will be locked, and you will not be charged again.

3. THE KINGDOM INVESTMENT CLAUSE
When you purchase a tool or a membership from The Dominion Lab, you are not just making a transaction; you are making an investment.

4. EXCEPTIONS (Technical Errors)
If you believe a billing error has occurred (e.g., a double charge for the same item), please contact our support team immediately. We act with integrity and will promptly correct any system errors.
